蒋士茹,女,工学博士,特聘七级副教授、硕士生导师。研究方向为微纳光子学,主要有微纳光学器件的设计与制造、对飞秒激光与物质相互作用的研究。以第一作者在先后在Optics Express、ACS Applied Nano Materials、ACS Applied Materials Interfaces、Optics & Laser Technology等国际期刊及微电子顶级会议发表论文7篇。参与过的项目有纳米器件应用研究、光学相控阵芯片开发、基于纳米结构硅超表面的具有特定相位带宽控制的高效可见光、近红外线波长滤波器、开发用于实时工业溶液质量控制的高可靠性折光仪、用于超高速波束形成的具有集成双面超表面的电光相控阵芯片及使用该芯片的无线光通信模块等。
